sunday social { 7 }

Hi y'all! I missed last week's Sunday Social because I was busy in training for our foster care/adoption licensing. It was a weekend long training, very long, but also very informative. But boo that I missed out on Sunday Social. Especially since reading through Ashley's answers, it would have been a super fun one to participate in. But... such is life sometimes.

This week I really didn't expect to join in with the Sunday Social because I was expecting to be on my way back from a weekend spent on the mountain about now. Buuuut... I had to come back early, so I get to join in the Sunday Social fun. And how many times can I fit Sunday Social into two paragraphs? ;) lol

Let's just dive right in so I'll stop rambling so much...

Sunday Social

1. What is one movie you are terrified to watch?
Hmm... terrified is such a strong word for me, but I guess I would say the Saw movies. I watched the first one, but I haven't watched any of the others. I just don't have the stomach for it I guess, it makes me sick to see all the gore.

2. What is one TV show you have always wanted to get into but haven't yet?
Lost. I remember when everyone was talking about this show, it seemed, all the time. At first I wasn't interested, but after a while I became really interested. However, by the time my interest was fully peaked, the show was ending. But still, I noticed it's on Netflix and would like to start it with Joey soon.

3. What is one daring activity on your bucket list?
Haha... it's funny that this is one of the questions for the week, because just yesterday my friend Candace and I were talking about bucket lists and things. Candace has convinced me that swimming with sharks would be a fun activity for a bucket list and that seems pretty daring to me, so I'm going with that answer: swimming with sharks.

4. Would you ever travel alone?
Yes. Absolutely I would. While I would love to share all traveling experiences with Joey, if I couldn't for some reason, I'd still do them alone. I would have to ease into flying alone and work up the nerve to travel outside of the country alone, but I still think I would do it.

5. What activities do you like to do alone?
Driving so I can play whatever music and sing as loud as I want. Reading because I don't like to be interrupted during a good story. Taking a bath because I like to shut out the world for a few minutes and just think. Cleaning the house because I like to put on a Lifetime movie, pause it, go clean for a bit, come back and watch the movie for a little while and rest, pause the movie again, go back to cleaning for a while, come back and watch the movie some more... you get the idea. That's one of my favorite things to do on  Saturdays to be honest. I know... I live such an exciting life. ;) lol

Okay, now it's your turn. Do you have any answers to the above questions you'd like to share? If so, share them in the comments below or write your own post and join in the link up fun! :)

  1. I hate blood and gore movies. Any of them.

I know I missed a lot of the Seinfeld shows.

Eeeeeek! Swimming with sharks?? Having never been a daring person my bucket list is very tame.

I would have traveled alone when I was younger - absolutely.

Cooking and baking used to be an alone thing but now I have a soux? chef - my grandson, Cole.
    Doing my crafts-watching certain shows.
