Anyway, I'm here, and it's time to rock your faces off with some...
So this week has a very definite theme. This week I've really been trying to stay focused on what I'm eating. I haven't worked out at all yet, even though I've set goals to do so. But tomorrow, if the weather will cooperate with me, I'm going to go walking. And then, next week, I'm going to zumba two nights to see if I like it and if so, I'm going to start doing that regularly. I have a plan. I have a goal. This is going to happen. :)
Oh, and the doctor gave me meds today to help with my PCOS and they're supposed to help me lose weight! YES!! Losing 30 pounds in 2012 is going to happen!!! :)
