inspiration : thursday thoughtfuls

Hi y'all! Did you think I forgot? No. It's just been a super busy day and right now is the first time all day I've been able to sit down long enough at my computer to write this blog. This should inspire me to do more posts in advance, but really, where's the exhilaration in that? I like the adrenaline rush of having only a couple hours left in the day for a particular post. Maybe I'm a blog junkie... it's possible. ;)

Anyway, I'm here, and it's time to rock your faces off with some... 

So this week has a very definite theme. This week I've really been trying to stay focused on what I'm eating. I haven't worked out at all yet, even though I've set goals to do so. But tomorrow, if the weather will cooperate with me, I'm going to go walking. And then, next week, I'm going to zumba two nights to see if I like it and if so, I'm going to start doing that regularly. I have a plan. I have a goal. This is going to happen. :) 

Oh, and the doctor gave me meds today to help with my PCOS and they're supposed to help me lose weight! YES!! Losing 30 pounds in 2012 is going to happen!!! :)

  1. Those are all really great motivational quotes! I must have some kind of weird reverse-psychology issue though. Whenever I read things like that or see inspirational posters, it makes me feel worse and then I end up not working out! I think I just find my best motivation from how I feel after working out. When I was really into running I felt so great! I really want that feeling again!
