inspiration : thursday thoughtfuls

Hi ya'll! It's Thursday morning, it's cool and windy outside, I've got hot coffee in my cup, I'm eating my breakfast that I eat most days out of the week.... life is good isn't it? :) I hope you remember to take time each day just to breathe deeply, and relish in all that is and all that will be.

And now, on to the blogging part ;)

Are you a fan of "the Office"? I have to admit, I was a late-comer to the "the Office" phenom. But I love it. I don't watch it regularly, but I do enjoy sitting down and watching the marathons when they come on. Oh the hilarity.

If you've been following my blog for a while, you know that I really love quotes, which explains the weekly "thursday thoughtfuls" features. [Which, by the way, Google Chrome does not like that I do not capitalize the 'thursday' in my "thursday thoughtfuls" title, nor does it think 'thoughtfuls' is a word, so I get red squiggly lines underneath them which really annoys me. It doesn't, however, put red squiggly lines under "know" and "now" when I use them incorrectly. (I know how to correctly use them, but sometimes my right hand gets carried away and I add that "k" in there accidentally.) This all just goes to prove that Google Chrome doesn't understand artistic expression via word usage and also cannot spell check everything to keep you from looking like an idiot. Hi, I'm Regina, I have an English degree but during my rush of blogging, cannot distinguish between "know" and "now". Also, I stink at proofreading.]
And now I've completely digressed from my original statement {squirrel}. Reeling you back in, I love quotes, I love reading, I love the written word, I love encouraging people. I want to pass those loves on to my (future) children and I have this idea, this dream, if you will, to have canvases painted with quotes on them, all over their walls so they grow up surrounded by letters and words as well as love and encouragement. I also love the Beatles... love, love the Beatles, so this quote, might actually make an appearance in a nursery in the future. When it comes time to have a nursery. :)

So true. I think if you read my recent post about why frozen food makes me cry, you'd see that I believe this wholeheartedly.

Again. See above.

And finally... a quote from Steve Jobs, may he inspire all of us to follow our heart in pursuit of our dreams and may he rest in peace.

May your breaths be deep, your hearts be full and your coffee be plenty. ;)
Happy Thursday!

  4. Awww Regina~

I have been feeling so bad about Steve Jobs. I was wondering if the Lord needs him, taking him so young. I pray for his family and that he is in peace.
