I'm really excited about it! I'm also a little nervous because I saw on the website that there will be more jewelry people there this month and I'm afraid my stuff will pale in comparison. BUT, it's okay, I like my stuff and I know other people do too so I'll be okay. Ooohhh the nerves are already kicking in though.
I'm also hoping to have "Two Sided Me" re-done in time for the show. And if you went to my show last month, I thank you very much, I know it was so hot and I appreciate you coming to see me. This month I'm going to bring a few more pieces to the show. I wasn't sure how much space I would be given and I'm afraid I underestimated it greatly.
Last thing, real quick and then I HAVE to get to work, I've got a few more items in my shop on Etsy so feel free to check them out. http://vivatregina.etsy.com Ta-tah for now! :)
love MUCH love
Regina,
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad that you found my blog and that you took the time to say hi! It's quite lovely to meet another West Texas Etsian, as we are a small (but special) select few, it seems. I visited your Etsy shop and think your items are lovely -- I especially like Honeydrops set -- I'm so into yellow right now. Also, I wanted to encourage you about Art Trail; I remember how scary it was for me too when I first started showing (in November almost two years ago now!). I had no idea what I was doing, I didn't know if anyone would like my stuff, and at that point, I had only just recently begun my little jewelry-making hobby. But Art Trail is so great for the fact that you get to meet other local artists, you get to put yourself out there and in the process learn a lot about customer service and what draws people in, and it's just a really welcoming and wonderful community to get to be a part of. And with you, I've found another member of the community! Good luck at Art Trail in September, and thanks again for stopping by to say hello!
